01. You Send the Brief

Tell us where you're thinking of going - or simply tell us the kind of experience you're looking for. The more we understand your expectations, the better we can curate a journey that's uniquely yours.
02. We Accept the Brief
Once we've reviewed your requirements, we'll confirm whether we're the right fit for your journey.
If we accept the brief, we'll invite you to commence the planning process with a £500 + VAT deposit.
This deposit secures your project and allows us to begin researching destinations, designing your itinerary, engaging our network and curating every detail of your experience.
03. We Curate Your Journey
This is where The Cut Stuff comes into its own. We don't simply source tee times and hotels. We draw on our relationships across the game to create an itinerary that reflects your brief, balancing world-class golf with exceptional accommodation, memorable dining and experiences that most travellers would never discover on their own.
Where appropriate, this may include access to former tour professionals, golf personalities, private clubs, unique local experiences and opportunities that simply aren't available through traditional travel providers.
Every recommendation has a reason.
04. Your Itinerary
Once your journey has been curated, we'll present your personalised itinerary for review. We'll refine every detail with you until everything feels exactly right. Only once you're completely happy do we move forward with reservations and confirmations.
05. We Take Care of the Rest
From tee times and hotels to restaurants, transport, concierge requests and the finer details in between, we manage the process from start to finish. You'll travel knowing every element has been carefully considered.
Our Fee.
Our bespoke planning and concierge fee is £2,500 + VAT for groups of 2–10 guests.
For larger groups, pricing is tailored according to the size and complexity of the journey.
The initial £500 + VAT deposit is payable once we accept your brief and is deducted from the final planning fee.
Our fee reflects the time, expertise and relationships required to create a truly bespoke golf journey- not simply to make reservations.
You're investing in access, experience and independent advice, with every recommendation made because it's the right choice for your trip, not because it appears in a brochure.
